Juan Collins

Collins cocktails are a type of sour cocktails that use a base spirit, a sweetener and soda. Yet, the Collins family is a quite large one! Starting with Tom, John, Juan and more...There's basically a collins cocktail for every spirit. So here's the Juan Collins with Tequila!

• 1.5oz of Tequila
• 0,5oz of Simple Syrup (Or try with Prosyro Passionfruit or Yuzu !)
• 0,5 oz of Lime juice
• 1 dash of Orange or Grapefruit bitters (Or any bitters that inspires you)
• Soda Water
• Fresh (or dried ) lime wheel, to garnish

• Add tequila, syrup, lime juice and bitters to your glass ;
• Fill your glass with ice, then stir with a spoon;
• Add soda water and stir one last time;
• Garnish with a fresh lime wheel.
