PaNOma grapefruit mocktail

A great summer option for those who love a little bit of grapefruit bitterness and spice in their glass. Using SeedLip Spice 94 one can still have the complex taste of a cocktail but have a non-alcoholic version.  That mocktail is fresh and very easy to prepare which makes it a great mocktail for beginners.

• 2 oz Seedlip Spice 94
• 3/4 oz Grapefruit Syrup
• ½ oz Zap
• ½ oz Organic Simple Syrup
• 3 oz Club Soda

• Add all the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker.
• Shake & strain into a highball glass.
• Top with soda & add fresh cubes of ice.
• Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
