Using his experience as Head Pastry Chef in multiple Michelin starred restaurants in London, Bob Petrie has created a suite of single ingredient tinctures. However, the holy grail of his efforts is the famed Abbott’s Bitters. Bob resurrected this long-lost bitters recipe using a sample extraction that dates back at least 75 years, possibly even longer.
