Kwe understood exactly the definition of a balanced tonic. It is bitter, herbaceous, floral and fruity at the same time, and this taste harmony comes from the wide range of ingredients used in its creation. We're talking about hops (cascade and mosaic), aged spruce and balsam sweet, accompanied by a touch of lime and quinine. Obviously, we immediately think of using it in a gin and tonic, but we should not rule out the possibility of putting it in a slightly sad beer to reinvigorate it!
ABOUT THE MAKER
Kwe was created by two lovely ladies from Lac-St-Jean, who had in mind the Boreal forest and its multiple flavors. Proud of their first nation origins, they honor the land like their ancestors did.
